Our story

Menovia began in the day-to-day of Health and Safety delivery: the scheduling juggle, the spreadsheets stitched together for client compliance, the audit forms that lived in inboxes, the actions that got lost between a site visit and a follow-up — and the contractors who were never fully in the loop.

We knew there had to be a structured way to run compliance that connected the consultancy, the client and the contractor — without forcing anyone into someone else's workflow, or treating any party as an afterthought.

Menovia is the platform we wanted to use. It's built for organisations who care about quality, want to scale responsibly, and refuse to let compliance gaps form between the people who need to be connected.
